History
Recognised as a Clisson cru communal since 2011, this wine for laying down expresses the excellence of the typical “Granite Clisson” terroir, and is grown on the left bank of the Maine. The wine is matured in vats and has been kept on the lees for 52 months without racking, with bâtonnage (lees stirring) every 6 months, which allows the fruit and terroir to develop.
