History
This cuvée is produced in the Maine river basin. The grapes are picked at sunrise – the coolest time of the day – to preserve the distinctive aromas of the grape varieties. The juice is extracted by direct pressing, then stored at low temperature (2 °C) before being carbonated.
The bottles are then pasteurised to ensure the organoleptic and aromatic stability of the juice.
