History
This cuvée is produced on the Fief de L’Ancruère, a 6 hectare estate with south-easterly exposure. This wine is matured in chestnut wood barrels, which micro-oxygenates the wine and releases the chestnut tannins.

Light yellow with amber hues, flattering mineral nose, lightly toasted notes, a light attack; and most prominently, great length on the palate with white fruits.
